Lloyd Morris Electrical use apprenticeship schemes to help grow the company’s workforce and our growth within the industries we work in. Currently over 50% of our 100+ strong work force came through the apprentice route with some of those now working for the company for over 25 years. We like to support our apprentices with courses that will benefit their future within the company and industry. We would like to continue to support young people into the industry by recruiting apprentices each year.
