Lloyd Morris Electrical Ltd manufacture bespoke Motor Control Centres, each and every assembly can be custom designed, manufactured, tested and certified  to your specifications, standards and specific requirements. We provide  Conventional Motor Control Centres constructed to meet all forms of separation criteria of Form 1 through to Form 4 and Type1 to type 7.

We specialise in working closely with our clients to fully understand their requirements and advise and support them in successfully delivering schemes into many industries right from early concept stages through to handover and aftercare support.

With our Motor Control Centres,  we can accommodate various types of cable entries whether top, bottom or a mixture of both, front or rear access, or we can even manufacture a hybrid solution using a combination of any form and type. We can also accommodate various special site requirements i.e. the space available and access into the switch room or kiosk whether the limitations be imposed by existing switch rooms / buildings or new builds

Busbar current ratings up to 6300 Amp

Busbar fault rating of:
-25kA for 1 second
-26kA for 1 second
-50kA for 1 second
-50kA for 3 seconds
-80kA for 1 second
