Following the acquisition of Lloyd Morris Electrical Ltd and its systems integration subsidiary Merlin Systems by CEMA Ltd. This not only strengthens the position of the CEMA Group across Wales and the North West of England, but just as importantly secures the futures of Lloyd Morris Electrical Ltd and Merlin Systems, and provides considerable scope for growth within the two businesses.

Despite the major downturn in both the Welsh and English contracting services, Nottingham-based CEMA Ltd has been growing strongly as a leading supplier of specialist products and services to the water and waste water utilities. The company has made a number of key acquisitions to cement its position and develop the scope of its capability.

Founded in 1974 with headquarters in Wrexham, Lloyd Morris Electrical Ltd specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of electrical distribution and control systems for industrial and commercial projects. Its key clients include Welsh Water, United Utilities, Severn Trent Water, Wessex Water, Yorkshire Water and. Its subsidiary Merlin Systems provides specialist software development and systems integration support.
