Control Panel Manufacture

At our head office in Wrexham, we have fully equipped workshops with experienced panel builders who, together with our team of Project Engineers, enable us to offer the customer a complete solution to their control and system requirements.

With workshop areas in excess of 20,000 square feet and using the latest manufacturing techniques, we are able to provide a service which covers all types of control panels from L.V. distribution systems and Motor Control Centres, to instrumentation and control consoles. All of which can be manufactured to any customer specification.

Using either 'off the shelf' enclosures or purpose designed steelwork with assembly involving any combination of conventional control equipment or computer/PLC systems, our construction follows exacting standards. 

To aid in the timely assembly of panels with the minimum of delay, LME maintains well stocked stores with many standard items readily available and benefits from 'in-house' spray painting facilities.  Furthermore, with a managed production programme, scheduled completion is always guaranteed.

Prior to customer acceptance, all control panels are rigorously tested and inspected with quality procedures followed and documented throughout manufacture.  Using this method, we are able to meet the high standards of quality demanded by our ISO 9001 accreditation.
